If there's one thing that's popular this time of the year it's tartan. It's a massive trend all over the high-street and online right now and personally I can't get enough of it! I think a splash of tartan really adds something to an outfit and whilst I'm writing this post I'm currently wearing these tartan leggings! So it gave me the idea to put together a wishlist of my favourite tartan items on the high-street right now. I'm not going to lie I kind of want them ALL!

Tartan Zip Around Purse - TopshopI LOVE all these tartan items! I am a massive fan of red checks and think with a pair of plain black skinny jeans this top from New Look would look amazing! I love these wool shorts to, I think they'd look great with thick black tights, brogues, a white blouse and leather jacket! I think a over-sized coat is a key piece for this season and how GORGEOUS is this Miss Selfridge coat?! I love leggings and already have these in black but it's totally an excuse to get them in red too right? I really like a high-necked top too and how beautiful is this top from New Look? perfect for teaming with a pair of high-waisted trousers!
