Marc Jacobs Daisy Dream Perfume (30ml) - Fragrance Direct(*)

Ever since I read a blog review on this brand new Marc Jacobs fragrance I couldn't wait to get it. I've been a long time lover of Marc Jacobs perfumes. I've got Honey and Dot and I couldn't wait to add another to my collection!

One thing I really love about Marc Jacobs perfumes is the packaging. You really can't fault it! I've got the smallest version of this perfume which is the 30ml available from here! I really like the smell of this fragrance. It feels a bit more sophisticated than the original daisy perfume. It's still floral, but feels a bit more grown up. It has a hint of jasmine, blue wisteria, pear and coconut water. If you're a daisy fan you're definitely going to love this fragrance!
Marc Jacobs Daisy Dream Shower Gel (150ml) - Fragrance Direct(*)

I was lucky enough to receive the shower gel version of the fragrance. I've not actually used this yet as i'm currently using up another fragrance shower gel but I've smelt it and it smells absolutely amazing!
This is definitely a more grown up fragrance from Marc Jacobs.  It feels more wearable than the original Daisy (which I nearly bought but ended up with Honey!)  and I can't wait to wear this fragrance a lot more!

What do you think of Daisy Dream? Do you have any Marc Jacobs Fragrances?

Naked 3 Palette - T Mart

Some of you may remember my post about buying the Naked 2 Palette for £5.24 and it was really popular. Yes I know it's not the real thing but with my blog I try and save you guys money and for £40 a pop the Naked Palettes are expensive! Today I'm going to review the Naked 3 Palette which you can currently get from the same website for only £3.63!
Naked 3 Palette - T Mart

Yes I know it's not the real thing but it's a very good dupe. Barring a couple of shades the eyeshadows are quite close to the original Urban Decay Naked 3 palette and are quite soft to touch. They are also well pigmented and last a good amount of time aswell.
Naked 3 Palette - T Mart

If you still aren't sure about this palette there's plenty of good reviews on the website here. Yet again I'm impressed with this dupe and would definitely recommend buying it! It's a great dupe for less than a fraction of the price of the real thing.

What do you think of the Naked 3 Palette?

It feels like forever since I last did a beauty post! I'm trying to get into doing more beauty posts as you guys absolutely love them! One brand I've loved for well over a year now is Real Techniques. I started off just buying the one brush from a recommendation from a friend at University and after just over a year I've seemed to have ended up buying pretty much all of them! So I thought I'd show you all my top 5!
(from left to right - Expert Face Brush,Multi-Task Brush (part of Travel Essentials Set),Duo Fibre Contour Brush (part of the Limited Edition Duo Fibre Set),Buffing Brush (part of the Core Collection Set) and Setting Brush)

Over the past year or so I've bought Real Techniques brushes from pretty much anywhere! I've noticed recently that HQ Hair sell the brushes quite cheaply and they always have discounts on them. But in general I think the best place to buy Real Techniques brushes are from Amazon! Amazon prices seem to beat everywhere else! Personally I've bought Real Techniques brushes from Ebay, Boots, Feel Unique & Superdrug!
(from left to right - Expert Face Brush,Multi-Task Brush (part of Travel Essentials Set),Duo Fibre Contour Brush (part of the Limited Edition Duo Fibre Set),Buffing Brush (part of the Core Collection Set) and Setting Brush)

You can't really fault the quality of Real Techniques as they're amazing. I love how affordable the brushes are and how even after over a year of using them when they're washed they feel like you've just bought them. Anyone else love the feeling of using freshly cleaned brushes?!

So I thought I'd go into a little bit more detail to why I use these brushes and what I use them for as Real Techniques brushes are very multi-purpose full!

1. Expert Face Brush - Amazon
Originally I'm pretty sure I bought this brush from Boots. I've noticed that on Amazon the price of this brush changes all the time so it's worth keeping an eye on it! I bought it at full RRP at £9.99 but on Amazon I bought another one for about £6.50 (I think!) This brush is worth paying full price for but If you want to save a few pennies check on Amazon! I use the Expert Face Brush for simple foundation application and occasionally concealer. Ever since buying this brush I don't know how I've survived applying make-up with out it!

2. Multi-Task Brush (Part of the Travel Essentials Kit) - Amazon
I bought this set off Amazon for about £14 and It's currently available for £13.28 when the RRP is £21.99! Which is an absolute bargain. I absolutely love the multi-task brush. I use it for bronzing, contouring but most importantly for powder as I find the powder brush by Real Techniques is too big for my face.

3. Duo Fibre Contour Brush (Part of the Duo Fibre Collection Set) - Amazon
I actually bought this set off Ebay! Luckily enough I've actually just found the seller which I bought these brushes from here where you can grab these brushes for £17 instead of £23.99! I find that if you search around a little online you can save yourself a few £'s on these brushes! The duo-fibre contour brush is my favourite from this collection as it's perfect if you don't want much product on your brush as it only picks up a light covering of it which is perfect for contouring when you want a 'natural' look.

4. Buffing Brush (Part of the Core Collection Set) - Amazon
One thing I shall say if you won't find the Core Collection Set any cheap than it is on Amazon. You can currently snap this set up for £14.65 when it normally retailers for £21.99! This is probably one of the best things I've ever bought make-up wise. You can read my full review on the set here. The buffing brush is my favourite from this collection. I use it pretty much everyday to apply my foundation! If there's one make-up brush set you buy this year make it this one!

5. Setting Brush - Amazon
This brush is pretty much a miracle brush. I use it to apply concealer with but sometimes for bronzing or using for powder when I don't use the multi-task brush!

What do you think of Real Techniques brushes? Do you have any? Which are your top 5?

Who knew it was possible to get so excited about their being new Barry M gelly polishes in the deodrant aisle of Tesco. I actually managed to leave Tesco without them for the first time. The next time I saw these polishes in Tesco they were on a 2 for £6 offer and I just had to snap them up! After tracking down some blog reviews about these polishes they only seem to be available in Tesco at the moment which will make lots of sense! I actually went into 3 different Boots trying to track these down!
I fell in love with the Barry M Gelly Nail Polishes last year and I remember buying my first shade in my lunch break from when I worked in retail and fell in love with how gorgeous the colour was (I'd bought blueberry by the way) and I knew from then I needed every single shade! So when I was just picking up a few bits in Tesco last week I pretty much had a heart attack when I saw these new shades!

I picked up Huckleberry and Rose Hip on the 2 for £6 offer in Tesco. I did look at the other colour which was sugar apple but thought I'd pick that colour up at a later date! The first thing I did after I bought these polishes was drive home and try them. I absolutely love both shades! I'm currently wearing Huckleberry and it's such a gorgeous colour and so perfect for spring. I've now gone 3 days without it chipping!

I think I'm going to be wearing these polishes a lot over the coming months. I can't wait to pick up Sugar Apple aswell. I love how the colours look when they're on my nails too. I think they're perfect way to update your look this spring without breaking the bank too.

As far as my research goes I don't think Barry M have announced these new shades as they don't seem to be online so head down to your local Tesco quick! Maybe run I'd run there right now if I were you! I'm a little bit even more in love with Barry M Nail Polishes after this cheeky purchase!

What do you think of these polishes? Which is your favourite?
