I feel like I've neglected my blog a little lately as in the past week I've moved away for University! I've moved to Huddersfield and I'm really enjoying the university experience so far. It's been overwhelming but i've only been here just under 2 weeks and it's flown by! So I thought i'd put together a university style wishlist! Especially because in the next few weeks their will be 20% off student discount offers at all our favourite high-street stores!
So University for me is all about being stylish but comfortable. I don't think I'll ever understand why there's girls which turn up to lectures in 5 inch heels? I feel like I can never be separated from my trusty white converse at the moment. Especially since starting university again they are literally the only shoes on my feet!
So first on the list is this Black Cami Top. Black cami's are literally the ultimate style essential. You can wear them during the day but also so easily for a night-time look too. I love the detailing on this one too! During the day this would look great with blue ripped jeans (like these Topshop ones) and a pair of these black ankle boots!
A faux leather biker jacket like this one is another style essential. This is the sort of jacket you can wear day in, day out all year round. It's a great investment piece and will no doubt last you a couple of years! Ripped jeans are a massive trend this season and these blue ripped jeans from Topshop are an absolute must! They'll go with everything and you can wear them on a night out with a black cami top and heels for a perfect but chilled night-time look.
Last but not least I think a style essential this season is to dig out your old tartan shirt (or buy this shiny new pretty one) to last you this Autumn/Winter. You can wear tartan shirts in so many ways but I think they look extra good unbuttoned with a white t-shirt underneath with black skinny jeans and a leather jacket on top!
What do you think of my university style essentials? What are your style essentials at the moment?

I seem to be getting more and more into just wearing black and white! I'm really into very simple dressing at the moment. Recently on a trip to The Trafford Centre with one of my best friends Sam I picked up these jeans and they've literally not been off my back since! I'm normally a joni jeans lover but I really wanted some jeans with rips in and they only had jamie jeans which had rips in!

So I thought why not try a new style of jeans? and I'M IN LOVE! Jamie jeans are so comfortable and easy to wear! I love how they're high-waisted too and so soft! What's great about these jeans is you can wear them during the day but also with a pair of heels they make a perfect night time look too! I absolutely love this outfit and I can't wait to wear it during the day (with trainers) and at night with a bold red lip and some patterned heels!
What do you think of these jeans? Are you loving Topshop lately?
I've currently started packing my things as I'm moving away to University again! I'm so excited to start my new course and I'm already thinking about my autumn/winter wardrobe, especially because it's a little chilly where I'm going so I'm thinking about practical warm things but also a bit stylish too! My current bag is falling apart and I've got my eye on this one from Marc B as it's so big and looks perfect for when you have to carry loads of things around! I haven't got as many nice tops as I thought I did and I'm looking for the type which you can easily throw on with a pair of jeans and converse like this one and I loved this feather print top from Miss Selfridge! Because it's September now it's time to start looking for knitwear. I've currently got my eye on this one from Topshop!
What do you think of these picks? What would you add to your wishlist?
Some of you may know about a week ago now on the way back from 2 months in New Zealand I went to stay with blogger babe Kim as she's currently living in Sydney, Australia! My plane was stopping there on the way back to England and so it was the perfect chance to spend a few days exploring the city and spend time with Kim! One thing about hanging out with a fellow blogger means outfit photos!
These photos were taken on the roof of the building where Kim lives isn't it amazing the view?! You can take a read about what me and Kim got up to on her blog here! I couldn't wait to where an outfit a little bit more summery as it was such a gorgeous day in Sydney!
I absolutely loved wearing this outfit. I think a kimono is such an easy way to glam up such a simple outfit. On a sunny day this kimono was so nice to wear! Boohoo have such a great selection of Kimono's in at the moment too and all under £20! I teamed the kimono with a simple white crop top from Miss Selfridge and my trusty pair of disco pants!
What do you think of this outfit? How'd you wear this kimono?
It feels so strange writing one of these posts again. I'm a little bit behind with them but i'm determined to get back into the swing of things! One things for sure that the shops at the moment are stuck in that 'in-between' phase. You know where it's not quiet summer still but it's going into spring so it's hard to figure out what you should be buying!
I'm loving this Tropical Jumpsuit at the moment! I think it'd look amazing with a pair of chelsea boots and a leather jacket! One thing I seriously love is a striped t-shirt. You can never go wrong with them as they go with pretty much any outfit for a chic and effortless look. One thing I really want to invest in this season is a good pair of boots, a nice checkered shirt and a pair of ripped jeans!
Which items would you buy? What's on your current wishlist?
This past few weeks I've been so tired from travelling and been visiting lots of places I haven't had much time to blog! But now i'm back in UK again and have lots of stories from my trip to the other side of the world to share with you all! At the start of this week I left New Zealand and went to go and stay with one of my favourite blogger girlies Kim! I had the best few days staying in Australia with her and here's one of the outfits I wore!
I really loved this outfit and it felt so summery! It wasn't that warm in Australia but it was sunny! Kim took these outfit photos for me on the rooftop of where her flat is and it's an absolutely beautiful view!
I wore this outfit with a leather jacket for a casual but well put together look. I picked this skirt up for about $40 (which is about £18) while I was with Kim in Sydney! I fell in love with it and all I want to do is wear it everyday at the moment as I feel so feminine in it and girly!
I think this is a great outfit for all year round as you can pop on a leather jacket to stay warm! I teamed this outfit with my favourite red lipstick from MAC which is Russian Red. I really love this outfit combination and will definitely be wearing it a lot more! I think this skirt will look great with a white crop top or if it's really cold an oversized black jumper!
What do you think of this outfit? How would you wear this skirt?
Despite it only being morning in the UK. It's 11pm at night here in New Zealand and my birthday is pretty much over! (sad times!) but today I turned 20! Feels so strange saying it and no longer being a teenager anymore! I've had such a lovely day and I thought I'd show you all the outfit I wore! The photo's from above were from today but the photos below are from the weekend! I have sprained my ankle in two places from all my running along the beach (owh!) and so I might not be able to take many outfit posts for a few weeks (boo) as I'm in a lot of pain!
I wore this outfit on Saturday as it was super sunny and thought it would be a great time to take some outfit shots on the beach! I absolutely love this playsuit. I think the pattern is beautiful and so easy to wear and really on trend right now. (Who doesn't love a leaf print?!) I've teamed it up with my favourite red lipstick from MAC and my favourite sandals from Topshop!
I really like this outfit and think this is a great summery outfit! I teamed it up with tights and black boots today as it's a little colder and I have an ankle bandage on my leg (ouch!) but this playsuit looked amazing both for a more summery day and for a colder summery day!
It may be my birthday still in the UK but right now I need some sleep as I have another busy day interning tomorrow!
What do you think of this outfit? How would you wear this playsuit?
I can't believe I'm writing this post still in New Zealand! It's gone so quickly but it's been such an amazing month. I will update you all on that in a travel update post! It's so nice living by a beach too. I've been loving wearing jumpsuits at the moment and this little boohoo beauty is my latest edition to my jumpsuit collection!
Seeing as it's a little colder here in New Zealand, I've teamed this jumpsuit up with a simple t-shirt crop top underneath for a little bit more warmth! I'm absolutely loving the pattern of this jumpsuit and it's so great to wear with jumpers over the top and is so so comfy to wear!
It's such a good casual look especially when you want to wear something a little bit more bright but not make as much effort! Despite it being winter here it's actually about 15/16 degrees which is hot for us people which live in England! (This means it's definitely sandal weather!)
I'm starting to think maybe my 12 year old cousin has a talent for photography! I didn't think he'd be so good at snapping outfit photos for me! So here's come another beach, summery sort of outfit. Perfect for a dry summers day and this kimono will keep you warm if it gets a bit colder!
This is one of my 'go to' outfits if I have no idea what to wear. I love a simple monochrome look but wanted to add a bit of colour so I'm wearing my new sandals from Daniel Footwear and my new bright coloured kimono from Boohoo which I'm absolutely loving at the moment!
I really like this outfit and it's the perfect chilled (I've not really made an effort but I have sort of look!) I'm now off on a jog again here's to getting fit!
What do you think of this look? How would you wear this kimono?
