It's scary to think that exactly a year ago today I first posted about Jade from Little Mix being a style crush of mine! 1 year on I still love her style! I love how quirky she is with what she wears, how she teams casual cool and dressy together and how she always wear knee high socks the
RIGHT way!
If you don't know who Jade is she's 1/4 of Girlband Little Mix. Little Mix won the X-Factor crown in 2011 in the UK. One of her bandmates also includes Perrie Edwards who's seeing Zayn from One Direction (for all you American readers!) Here are my tips and the essentials I would buy If I wanted to steal Jade's look!

These are all key items I think you would need in your wardrobe if you were trying to achieve Jade's look! She loves sweatshirts and this Geek Sweatshirt from Topshop is very on trend right now! Team t-shirts/sweatshirts with braces and hotpants or a pleated leather skirt. Then top off with black knee high socks and then finish your outfit with a pair of creepers of trainers! Also, because it's very cold outside at the moment to keep you warm outside layer a parka over the top of your outfit! Mix and match some items similar to Jade's look and make the outfit more your own too!

FOREVER since I've done a style crush post! I love it when I'm browsing a magazine, reading an article online or browsing fashion apps on my phone and I come across a celebrity with
AMAZING style! I was looking at this weeks instalment of ASOS' fashion up and came across Suki Waterhouse. Her style is impeccable and if you just even google her name and search her name on Tumblr you can see from what she's wearing she's ahead of the fashion trends!
I love how she's not afraid to experiment with fashion. I love how she wears checks with leather, crop tops with trousers and socks with heels!

Okay so being on a tighter budget than normal this christmas i'm doing a LOT of research compared to normal when buying christmas presents. Not because I'm a cheap skate as I normally would spend a lot more but frankly because I just don't earn as much as I did last year especially since moving out for university. For months I've wanted to get a pair of these boots and hopefully I'll have some on my feet soon! Disco Pants are a style staple of mine. Most days I won't be seen without wearing a fake pair or my real black ones (they are so worth the money!) Another item I've always wanted is a designer perfume and who doesn't love Marc Jacobs Lola! I wanted to see Five Year Engagement at the cinema and never got the chance to and now it's out on DVD! having no TV at university I do have lots of film nights in. This would be a perfect watch with a bar of galaxy after a long stressful day! Checkered scarves have been seen everywhere and the only place I can seem to find one is Ebay! I can't wait to finally own one! Every christmas I've got a massive obsession with buying socks and I'll hopefully purchase these socks soon! (yay!) Since my contract ran out and I've seen the 4S in white i've wanted it for so long! hopefully once I've found some more part time work I'll be able to treat myself to an upgrade without breaking the bank!
