Leather Studded Peep Toe Wedges - Missguided
Knitted Check Treggings - Topshop
Fluffy Short Sleeve Top - Motel Rocks
Tartan Woven Skort - Boohoo
Boutique Gingham Slip Dress - TopshopI'm a little bit in love with this gingham shirt. I've seen it in Topshop a few times and I keep thinking how amazing it would look with a high-waisted skirt or a pair of
Joni Jeans and converse. I'm a massive fan of black wedge and these ones from Missguided look amazing! Perfect for changing your outfit completely for night out! I tried on these checkered treggings as you may have seen on
Instagram and absolutely loved them, I really wish I'd bought them! I'm a massive fan of the fluffy jumper trend and actually have the black version of this jumper on right now and it's incredibly comfy! Last but not least theres this amazing gingham slip dress! I think it's so on trend right now and how amazing would it look with a bright red pair of heels?

I've never been much of a fan of the 'lip crayon' but also a lipstick fan. I really like l'oreal lipsticks and when these dropped through my letterbox I just knew I was going to love them!

I love carrying around an extra lip product in my bag for emergencies and these haven't disappointed me so far. I love L'oreal lipsticks and I'm always reading such good reviews about their lip products.
910 Bite the Maracuja - Superdrug(*)
909 Mad for Pomegranate - Superdrug(*)
913 Dare the Dragonfruit - Superdrug(*) These colours are just 3 of 6 available from the collection. The other shades are
Fall For Watermelon,
Sin For Peach and
Die for Guava. All of the colours are gorgeous! I like the pigmentation of these lip balmy gloss' and my favourite is definitely 'Mad for Pomegranate'.

910 Bite the Maracuja - Superdrug(*)
909 Mad for Pomegranate - Superdrug(*)
913 Dare the Dragonfruit - Superdrug(*) These balms are moisturising on the lips and very glossy. They don't stain the lips which is great too, they lasted about 4 hours until I had to reapply 'Bite the Maracuja'. Overall I really like these lip balms and I'm so tempted to go out and get the other three colours!
What do you think of these crayons? Which colour is your favourite?

So it's that time of year again. It's February now and next week is Valentines Day! It's the time when everyones thinking about gifts for their loved one and I thought I'd do a quick post about it. I think valentines shouldn't be about gifts but about spending time with your other half, cooking food for each other, going out for a meal something sweet like that, or buying cute gifts like Instagram prints (like mine here) or putting a cute photo album together or getting a photo put in a frame! But that's just my view for those of you which are looking for a different kind of gift I have put together a gift guide!
Necklace - David M Robinson
Love Ring - LVNDR
Balconette Bra - Boux Avenue
Marc Jacobs 'Daisy' Perfume - Fragrance Direct
Alexandria 'Black' Bag - Marc B
Heart Ring - BennaI think for valentines day you can't go wrong with a nice, cute piece of jewellery or maybe one of these
designer charm bracelets. I love these 'love' themed pieces from David M Robinson and the 'love' ring from LVNDR is adorable! No girl would not like to receive nice underwear and Boux Avenue's lingerie never disappoints! One 'ideal' gift I would say for valentines day is a bottle of perfume. Marc Jacobs 'Daisy' is really popular but also Vera Wangs 'Lovestruck' smells amazing! I think a handbag is another good option and Marc B do the most gorgeous affordable and stylish bags. But my personal favourite is a bouquet of flowers (and a card obviously) which can be bought from a florist or any supermarket. I think flowers are perfect, they're such a romantic gesture and they also brighten up your room!
Cute date ideas for valentines day (or that weekend) would be to go to the cinema and enjoy a good movie as there's so many good films at the moment! go out for meal together, go ice skating together (I've done this one before with an ex-boyfriend and I actually fell over and managed to bring him down with me hahaha! it was good fun and a really sweet idea) You could have a quiet night in and cook for each other or you could double date and join another couple!
Personally this valentines day I think i'm going to have a quiet night in with one of the girls, enjoy some good movies, lots of popcorn and a good old chit chat!
Gala Bingo also have loads of offers at the moment so I might check that out too. I've always wanted to try my luck at online bingo for some reason! Last valentines day I was on a uni trip with the girls at uni and we actually ended up going up the eiffel tower on valentines day (bad mistake the queues were massive) but we saw a couple of proposals and it was the sweetest thing ever to see!
Anyway, time for less of the valentines talk! I'm off to get a massive bag of popcorn and possibly stuff my face watching bridget jones (joking!) I've got a few errands to run so I'm off to do that!
Hope you enjoyed this post and let me know your valentines plans or what you're getting up to if your single this valentines day!

I love when you can just throw an outfit on in the morning and it just 'goes' well together. One resolution of mine this year was to post more 'daily casual' type posts and not just the more evening/going out outfits I love to blog about! I have fallen a little bit in love with this outfit and thought why not blog about it!

Since buying this top from
Missguided I've loved wearing it. I've worn it in an outfit post earlier this week
here and since about this time last year I've loved high-necked tops. They look so flattering on pretty much any bodyshape and I just love how they come in every single colour possible! I already seem to have over 10 high-necked tops!

Faux Leather Jacket - Topshop
Flocked Treggings - Topshop
High Vamp Skaters - Topshop
Bag - Marc B(*)It seems to be that over the past month I've become more obsessed with Topshop again. I thought I'd gone off Topshop as I just wasn't loving much online or in-store but I recently went into my local Topshop and loved so many things! I had a dinner date with one of my best friends this week and couldn't help but wander into Topshop. I picked up the treggings I'm wearing in this post but also the shoes too! Excuse the very windy photos I wanted to snap this outfit before I went out and I forgot it was a storm outside!

Flocked Treggings - Topshop
High Vamp Skaters - Topshop
Bag - Marc B(*)I adored these treggings as soon as I tried them on! My friend said my bum looked good in them so then I just had to get them! They were super comfy when I tried them on and I had to go a size below so they were a really good fit. I love how they have a gold zip up the side and are covered in a 'tile' print. They're a great alternative to a normal legging or pair of trousers and these can easily be worn at night too!

Bag - Marc B(*)I've welcomed a new bag into my life this week and it's amazing! I love Marc B bags so much as they're so wearable, amazing quality and look like they are worth so much more than they are. The
'Jen' black ostrich bag is a perfect day bag. I'm going to do another post on it, but i'm really enjoying using it at the moment and its great for carrying all my daily essentials. These skater shoes are massively popular at the moment. I remember seeing them a few weeks ago online and thought that I should try these on next time I was in Topshop! They are a fab alternative to converse (my usual go-to shoes) and they're super comfy too.
What do you think of this outfit? How would you wear this top?

I realised earlier i've never really shown you all where I Blog from! So I thought I'd show you all my desk space and the things I have around it.
Lamp - Out There Interiors(*)I had a really boring desk light until recently, I welcomed this gorgeous lamp from Out There Interiors and it's made my desk look really cool. I love how bright the light is and how it's the type of light you could put on any desk, mantle piece and it would look amazing! I'm also really liking the
french furniture they have online too.

I got this fab keypad cover on
Amazon for £1! It was £1 well spent as I always thought black keyboard keys were a little boring and it really changes it! Keyboard covers are also available in
Blue,
Purple and
Red aswell. I have an Ipad which I absolutely love and I'm often at my desk catching up on tv shows and re-watching episodes of Friends & Gossip Girl on it. I keep pictures by my desk too, one from my trip to Africa and one of me and my best friend on my 17th birthday!

I keep a box of beauty things from event goodybags which I'm trying out and things to review on my blog by my windowsill alongside my massive pile of train tickets! I also have make up brushes in a clear pot holder from muji.

Last but not least here's my favourite part of my desk and it's this my Ikea fake flowers. I absolutely love them and just want to fill my room full of them!
What do you think of my desk area? What does yours look like?

Naked 2 Palette Dupe - T MartA lot of you may have seen one of my latest photos on Instagram
here that I've recently added a new eyeshadow palette to my life and that's the Naked 2 Palette. I was actually persuaded to by this by my make up obsessed younger sister. Like many young women of the UK/Word I noticed how everyones obsessed with Urban Decay's Naked 2 Palette. I just couldn't bring myself to spending £40 on the real thing until...
Naked 2 Palette Dupe - T MartYes I know it's not the real Naked 2 Palette but it's a pretty good dupe for only £5.24! I think brown eyeshadows are the only eyeshadow colour I ever wear and you can never have enough right?! I've never shopped on T Mart before but my sister bought hers a while ago and it came really quickly and she says she's used her palette pretty much everyday since. I ordered mine a few days ago (it might have been on Thursday) and it's already here!

The colours seem to be pretty much identical but i've noticed 'busted' (the second to last colour) and 'snakebite' look slightly different. These are highly pigmented eyeshadows for a fraction of the price of the real thing and definitely an affordable way to still have a 'naked 2' palette. I love how the colours stay on all day too and my sister has always been telling me how good of a dupe this palette is. If you read the reviews on
T Mart they don't disappoint either as it's review after review about how pleased they are with this palette.
Naked 2 Palette Dupe - T MartIf you want the colours and the quality of the original and want to save money then this is the palette for you. I am really impressed with this dupe of the Naked 2 palette and it looks incredibly similar to the real palette and I've never really seen a dupe like it! It's extremely close to the real thing and I'd recommend this palette to any make up loving female who can't justify (like me) the £40 price tag it has in beauty stores!
