Last week I headed down to Manchester to an event with Rare London which was chocolate making! We were spoilt with cocktails, made our own truffles, saw Rare's latest collection and I got the chance to meet and catch up with some lovely northern bloggers! I loved the evening and it was just so much fun to eat so much chocolate!

Firstly after a few cocktails and a bit of catching up with fellow bloggers we learnt how to make our own chocolate buttons! I made a massive one and decorated it with strawberry and white chocolate swirls (It was so yummy!)

We then went on to my favourite bit which was making truffles! It was so nice to be able to make truffles the way you wanted to aswell! I put praline, strawberry swirls and white chocolate on mine and they were so tasty! The photos don't really do the truffles justice to how yummy they were!

I then looked around at Rare's new AW/14 Collection and there's so many gorgeous pieces! I really loved the 'lips' clutch. I think it'll be a great style staple over this coming season! It'll also make your outfit stand out too!

I was pleasantly surprised by some of the pieces coming up next season for Rare. There was a gorgeous fringed bralet I really liked and the accessories were just so on point!
And here's the aftermath of cocktail consuming, chocolate making and lots of marshmallow eating...

Thanks to Label PR and Rare for such an amazing event! I loved it! I'm currently just finishing off the last of my truffles (yum!) what do you think of Rare Fashion? Have you ever been chocolate making?

Flowers and Jar - Ikea
I've always got really excited about homeware. I love trips to Ikea, picking up bits to glam up my room and of course picking up quirky home pieces in TK Maxx. I was lucky enough to receive a gift card for when I was moving out for University to pick up some pieces to glam up my room (but also essentials too!)
Duvet, Pillows and Bottom Sheet - TK Maxx(*)
Duvet Cover - Bedeck(*)
Cushions - Ikea
As you can see my rooms quite girly! I picked up a few bits and pieces including a duvet, pillows, bath mat and a few pots and pans! I think TK Maxx is a great place to visit when you're looking for something new but unique. I'm a massive fan of TK Maxx but I can go there sometimes and not buy anything!
Bath Mat (used as rug) - TK Maxx(*)

Love Sign - Vintage
Purple Spotted Washi Tape (used to decorate the shelving) - Amazon

Clear Jar (With Make-up brushes in) - Muji
Scented Diffuser - TK Maxx(*)
Decorative Boxes - TK Maxx(*)

I was lucky enough to be gifted some of the new flavoured Lambrini flavours to try which are peach, strawberry and cherry. They are actually really nice and my favourite was definitely the peach one!
Being a fashion student I couldn't forget my fashion books! These are just a few of them. I love just sitting and having a cup of tea and grabbing some inspiration from these books!
So here we have it, a little sneak peak inside my university room thanks to TK Maxx for helping me out with making my room that little bit more homely!

Are you at University? Have you moved out for University lately?

Bag - Marc B
Time seems to be running away with me lately! But I've promised myself to blog whenever I can. Whether it's just making a list of blog ideas, compiling a wishlist or actually taking outfit photos! I've recently started university again and I've been searching for the perfect university bag and I've found it. It's another amazing Marc B bag!
Bag - Marc B
I've never once had any sort of fault with a Marc B bag, I absolutely love them! I find them perfect to carry around (and to use as carry-on luggage on planes) and they look so gorgeous too. I've had a few of these bags now and I alternate between them on a weekly basis as I really do love all the bags I have by Marc B! Since getting my first one a couple of years ago I've never left the house without one!

Bag - Marc B

I love the tan colour of this bag. I think it's the perfect sort of bag you'll need to carry all your things in through Autumn and Winter. It's extremely roomy inside too. I love how the Marc B trademark is the leopard print on the inside of the bag. I think it makes the bag much nicer to carry around during the day because the inside is pretty too! I've been carrying this bag around since I started uni last week and I'm so tempted to treat myself to a Marc B Purse too!

What do you think of Marc B bags? Do you have the perfect handbag?
