I've never really been into make up until the past few months. I've been the kind of girl to stick on the same make up all the time and never really change it. I was introduced to Real Techniques brushes by my friend Myfi on a trip to Boots last year when I was at university and I've loved them ever since. I first bought the expert face brush and I needed to add this set to my collection!

I've probably had this set since about October i'd say. It's been an absolute LIFESAVER and I use this collection every single day. My favourite of the set being the 'buffing brush' which is perfect for applying foundation with. I also use the contour brush everyday to contour or just apply bronzer!

Real Techniques Core Collection Set - BootsI love the detailer brush (which is the long thin one) It's perfect for applying lipstick or hiding a spot with concealer. I barely use the pointed foundation brush but the other 3 I use everyday and have done for months!

Real Techniques Core Collection Set - BootsI didn't want to pay full retail for these brushes as £20.99 seems like a lot of money! I managed to get these on a buy one get one half price offer (I bought the eye brushes too) so I saved myself a few pennies. Other places you can get Real Techniques brushes cheaply are on Amazon for about £15 which is really good! The price on Amazon tends to go up and down from day to day so it's best to save yourself a fiver and pick up a set fast!

There's so much I'm loving on the high-street and online right now. I am constantly looking online at the latest new ins and so many shops are killing it at the moment! This weeks high-street picks, well lets just say I'm crushing on them all!

This caged playsuit is absolutely stunning. it's a great little black playsuit (LBP) and a bargain at only £40 too!

It sold out very quickly on the website as Lucy Mecklenburgh and Charlotte Crosby from Geordie Shore have both been seen wearing it. I saw it first on The Only Way is Essex and remember thinking how gorgeous it was but I ended up buying the white version which I wore in my birthday blog post here.

I have Love playsuits from a couple of years ago I bring out and wear in the summer (as they're flowery) but also playsuits which can be worn out which I've had a couple of years too! I think this is a real classic piece to add to your wardrobe and who doesn't love a simple black playsuit? It's so cheap being reduced to only £25 too!

I decided to pair this crop top with one of my recent additions to my wardrobe this gorgeous a-line skirt from Urban Outfitters. I really like how this outfit goes together and it's the perfect way to give a more casual update to this a-line skirt!

Ever since seeing this crop top on Missguided. I just knew I had to have it in my life. It's absolutely gorgeous! I've always been a massive fan of printed trousers and these daisy print ones are still one of my favourite pairs.

When anyone asks me what inspires me most fashion wise I saw the same answer. TV Shows! My favourites are Gossip Girl,Friends, Sex and the City, 90210, Towie and Made in Chelsea. Since about season 4/5 the girls on The Only Way is Essex have been killing it fashion wise. One of my favourites from the show being Lauren Pope!


Lauren pope began her career as a DJ but appeared on The Only Way is Essex from 2010. She owns hair-extension company Hair Rehab London and has recently launched her own clothing line with Inthestyle.co.uk which lands online in March. I've loved the outfits Lauren wears on the show as she's a little bit different but doesn't overly accessorise. I love how she pairs a simple t-shirt with a patterned skirt and a bright lip!

She's always photographed in ripped jeans and these Hayden jeans from Topshop are gorgeous! Lauren loves a stiletto heel too and these white ones from River Island are completely her style.

Gingham is one of the biggest trends around at the moment and I'm really loving the trend! I'm a massive fan of gingham and I think it suits so many shapes and styles. I've been loving the gingham trousers I purchased a few weeks ago and despite already posting these outfits separately I thought I'd summarise it all in this post!
I've been loving wearing gingham these past few weeks and love how gingham makes a good statement and adds that extra something to an outfit. I love how you can wear these trousers in so many different ways I've worn them on a night out, during the day but even to work too!

I have worn it with long sleeved fluffy jumpers but it looks great with this short sleeved fluffy jumper too! I think this a great outfit during the day with a pair of converse or flat boots. This outfit can be worn at night too with a pair of heels like these gorgeous black ones!

For a night out this would look great with a simple leather jacket on top! Another way to wear these treggings would be with a cami top. I think this outfit is perfect for a night out clubbing with friends but it can be dressed down for those not so glam nights out with a pair of trainers and it will still look great! I've loved the coloured oversized coat trend for a while now. I've had my eye on the Topshop pink coat but never got round to buying myself one as whenever I went in-store to try it on it was always out of stock! Missguided have done a similar version for a while which i've loved. I really like the pink version but it was out of stock when it came to order it so I snapped up the blue one!

What makes internet shopping so addictive? I often find myself browsing ASOS, Topshop, Missguided at 2/3 in the morning when I can't sleep. Online shopping is addictive and now there's no real way of stopping it. I thought I'd write an article about how the internet has changed my shopping habits!

There's no need to get dressed up or shop within the opening times of your favourite store. You can easily shop from the comfort of your own bed in your pyjamas! No matter how busy you are or if you don't have time to visit a store, shopping online allows you to buy things without hurting a busy schedule.Save you a few £'s on your purchasesAnother reason why online shopping is great is that there's more offers online. With voucher sites such as Voucher codes and Voucherful it's easier to save money on your purchase more than ever. I always check voucher code iphone apps and sign up to emails from high-street stores as they are more than likely going to send you offers to save money! Cheaper alternatives to the High-street onlineWhat's great about the internet is that it's allowed for businesses to solely sell online. Brands like ASOS, Missguided & Boohoo have all made their names online and have become daily visits of mine when I'm online. They sometimes offer cheaper alternatives then on the high-street such as one top maybe £20 in Topshop but you can find the same thing for £10 from ASOS.Avoids crowds & queues Another benefit of online shopping is it avoids crowds and queues. One thing I really can't stand about some shops is how big the queues are as it really does put me off buying something. Also it avoids paying car parking fees. Some places charge way too much! Even though sometimes you still end up paying the equivalent to car parking fees with delivery charges!Product VarietyOnline shopping has given us more variety than ever with what we buy. A beauty to online shopping is that there's so many online sites competing with each other to sell products at the best possible price. I'm a massive fan of The Brits and look forward to watching it every year. I'm currently typing this watch it and how amazing was Beyonce?! I love how good the performances of the evening are and I'm looking forward to watching Disclosure! It's such an amazing event and of course the fashion is AMAZING!


One thing I love about these type of award ceremonies is the fashion and the hype around who's wearing what/who looks the best etc. I have done a bit of stalking myself online and I thought I'd put together a post about who I think looked best and who I think didn't this year!
First of all how amazing does Ellie Goulding look?! She actually looks like a princess. This dress is amazing and it clearly caught the attention of the red carpet! This Vivienne Westwood dress suits her perfectly. Peaches Geldof looks amazing in River Island. I think this outfit is simple but amazing! One of my most recent style crushes Foxes looks amazing in this purple number! I really like how clashing Aluna George's outfit is and the colour is so so good! One of the best dressed which surprised me was Rita Ora. I'm personally really not a Rita Ora fan but she looks SO beautiful in this yellow Prada number!
Can we all just take a moment to appreciate Kian Egan's wife Jodie's outfit. I am seriously in love with her dress and I've now added a bright yellow pair of heels to my wishlist! I really like Caroline Flacks outfit and this colour suits her so much. Despite not hearing much of her lately Rebecca Ferguson looks amazing in a white dress and clashing yellow heels! Another favourite of mine from the evening is Pixie Lott! She looks absolutely stunning in this white gown by DKNY. Nicole Scherzinger always kills it and she looks stunning in this outfit!
Here are some of the worst (in my view) outfits of the night! Ella Eyre was a little disappointing as she always look amazing. I wasn't a fan of this black gown with leopard print. I've never been a Katy B fan and think this dress really doesn't suit her at all! Annie Mac & Zoe Hardman look like they've tried to hard to be different and i think they should have gone with much more classic style adverts. I've met Emma Willis in the past and she's absolutely lovely but I was disappointed with her outfit as I think it's far too boring for her. I think she needs a more 'outgoing' outfit and I'm surprised she's not in a ball gown!
Now to appreciate the men's fashion of the evening. I loved all the men's outfits of the night. My favourites include Pharrel, Connor Maynard, Rizzle Kicks, Tinie Tempah and Sam Smith!

I've been lusting after a pink coat for a while and really want this one from Topshop! I think it'd look amazing with a black crop top/long sleeved top and a pair of gingham trouers. I'm loving bracelets at the moment too and these ones are so cute from Topshop! Gingham is everywhere right now and this skirt is an absolute style steal from New Look for only £9.99! Marc B bags are my favourite bags in the whole world and recently I've just fallen for this bag it looks so perfect for everyday wear and I love how it's an alternative to black too. Boots are boots and you can NEVER have enough pairs. I love these River Island boots and the zip detailing on them is amazing!
