I'm getting into a lot of colours I didn't think i'd wear at the moment and one of them is coral. I used to think it was a colour which was 'too bright' for me but now I absolutely love it!
Jumper - Topshop sale
Leggings - OMG Fashion(*)
Boots - My 1st WishThis jumper is perfect for those dry cold british days and it cost me about £18 in the Topshop sale a few weeks ago it's perfect! I am also slightly obsessed with these leggings right now!
Jumper - Topshop sale
Leggings - OMG Fashion(*)I never do close up shots of my top half and so I thought I'd experiment a bit with how I post my outfits! I really love the thickness of this jumper. You'd have to wear a t-shirt underneath but it'll keep you warm on the cold dry days!

One thing about blogging I really love is travelling to London! I made the journey to London yesterday in this glorious heat to go to the Next Press day at Somerset House! I've always wanted to go to Somerset House but I've never had the chance to and it really is just as beautiful as you see in the photos!
Once me and
Soph got to Somerset House with a glass of champagne in hand we were straight into looking at what's to come this A/W! And I can tell you now there's loooooads of sequins! (yay!)
Everything was very tailored and every garment had lots of shape and pleats! I really liked a lot of the blouses and I have my eye on a hot pink blouse with a black peter pan collar!
One thing Next always amazes me on is the
SHOES! As you all know I'm literally the biggest fan of shoes in the world and I must say every pair I saw was gorgeous!
The Next beauty range is gorgeous next season! Look at the perfume bottles... the wrapping is just amaaaazing! and I'm going to have a cheeky purchase of those nail polishes!
Me and Sophie yesterday! so much love for her!
Sophie took some photos of my outfit yesterday at Somerset House too she's such a babe!

Chelsea Boots - So You ShoesIt's safe to say this is probably one of my favourite outfits I've worn and this skirt fits like a dream. I took a cheeky little trip to Love to see the gorgeous
Sophie and had lunch which was fab! I always love a catch up with Sophie she's so so so so lovely!

Chelsea Boots - So You ShoesI've never had so many compliments for an outfit and in the 30 degree heat in London yesterday this outfit was perfect! I can't wait to wear this skirt a lot this summer it's amazing!
What do you think of Somerset House? Do you like Next?
Hope you're all having a fab day in the sunshine!!
What's this... I'm posting again?! Yes that's right... I'm feeling guilty. I have a little bit more time on my hands and a lot of updating to do!
A few weeks ago I was super lucky to be invited to the preview of Diana Vickers new collection from Very.co.uk and yes I did get to meet the gorgeous Diana and have a lovely chat! and She's definitely one of the nicest celebrities I've ever met!
Diana performed an amazing acoustic set! She sang a couple of her new songs off her new album (which I seriously can't wait to pre-order!) and the track she's most known for, once!
Aren't the patterns on these tops AMAZING?! (serious clothing love)
I literally
wanted everything! Diana's new collection is STUNNING! and I loved all the patterns, textures and shapes to her garments I certainly have my eye on a few items!
We got to meet the gorgeous Diana herself and it was so so so lovely to have a chat with her too! Thanks so much to Very.co.uk for inviting me it was such a great event!
Have you seen Diana's collections? Do you like Diana Vickers?
I'm baaaaack! (feels a bit weird) but I've had to have a little bit of a blogging holiday while I had some of my really important exams. I have still got some to do but at the moment I have a little bit of a break until the next exam comes along! Also would just like to
good luck to all you readers who are having exams too!

Chelsea Boots - So You Shoes
I really like this skirt, it's something I probably wouldn't normally wear... but mint green is a new colour i've incorporated into my wardrobe and it's safe to say I'm having a bit of a mint green obsession right now!
I've teamed this dipped hem mint skirt with one of my new favourite items of clothing a white Topshop crop top and with some tights and some heeled chelsea boots! I think this looks great as you can go bare legged if you want to but you can also wear tights!
Crop Top - Topshop

Chelsea Boots - So You ShoesI love the effect this skirt gives. I think it's great on your summer holidays to with a bralet/bodysuit or bandeau top with sandals or heels (depends if it's for daytime or nighttime!)
What do you think of this skirt? Are you loving the dipped hem trend?
p.s THANKS for all your entries so far to the Rock N Rose giveaway!!

Good Luck everyone!
As you can see (if you're a regular reader) I've not updated my blog in a while it's because i've been super busy! It's sadly exam period right now and all I seem to be doing is working or revising! In just over a week I'll be free for a bit though!
But back to the blog post! There's certain fashion trends you think will
NEVER suit you and then when you actually try it you LOVE it! That's like me and maxi skirts!
Crop Top - Topshop
Necklace - New Look
Maxi Skirt - Topshop
Shoes - TopshopI purchased this skirt not too long ago! I bought it in Outfit about a week ago (some of you will have seen it on
Instagram!) I absolutely LOVE it! It's such a comfortable skirt and the fit of the skirt is amazing and fits perfectly on my waist.
I love crop tops at the moment and I think this orange one looks perfect with this maxi skirt! I've teamed it with a simple necklace from New Look and my favourite studded black pumps from Topshop!
I always thought maxi skirts were just a 'summer' trend but they are my favourite item of clothing to travel in as they are super comfortable and even when you're not feeling 100% you can still look glamorous!
What do you think of maxi skirts? How would you wear them?
Also thanks so much for all your lovely comments on my last post!
Hope you're all having a fab weekend!
